Executive Chef Michael Goodman has created a lovely selection of sweet and savoury delights, including a variety of sandwiches on freshly baked breads, offering elevated takes on classic favourites such as the devilled egg salad and the turkey BLT, as well as signature flavours such as the house-made smoked salmon with citrus chive truffle cream. Traditional scones served with fresh Devonshire cream, lemon curd and strawberry preserves are the perfect accompaniment to any tea service. For those with a sweet tooth, the brightness from the mango passionfruit panna cotta and raspberry cheesecake is balanced by the richness of the blackberry almond tart and dark chocolate mousse.
Tea service features a wide selection of herbal-infused Rishi Tea, an organic and sustainable tea collection inspired by global food cultures. There is a tea to suit every taste ranging from floral flavours of jasmine and golden chamomile blossoms, to the robust and full-bodied English breakfast and Earl Grey supreme.
