“1 Day, 1 Iconic Dish” Returns to Dani Brasserie, a Concept That Reformulates the Excellence of Its Famous Lunches at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid

The seventh floor of Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is laying out the tablecloths on its spectacular terrace to welcome the summer in the best way possible; with the return of a gastronomy adventure that elevates the best lunches in the capital by Chef Dani García: 1 day, 1 iconic dish.

This concept was created to satisfy the most demanding but also busiest of palates who, with limited time to enjoy their lunch, still demand the highest levels of excellence. From this week on, Dani Brasserie will once again be offering this 45-minute culinary proposal. Only available between 1:00 and 4:00 pm Monday to Friday, this experience will transform any executive lunch into a gastronomy adventure based on having a good time in the company of others while, naturally, enjoying the best views of the capital.

To guarantee a dynamic experience, the dishes are rotated daily so as to offer a different one of the most iconic dishes from Chef Dani García’s career each day. The adventure begins on Mondays with the delicious Dani Guacamole, the Fish of the Day in a “Roteña” sauce and mussels, and Carrot Cake to finish. Tuesdays bring the Asparagus Duo with a hazelnut vinaigrette, the iconic Rossini Hamburger and the Tipsy Cake made with Baileys. Converting the mid-week point into the home of gourmet, Wednesdays will offer the famous Tomate Nitro followed by the Stroganoff Tenderloin and the Smokey Chocolates to conclude the feast. The daily delights continue on Thursdays with the seasonal Red Tuna Tartare with stracciatella, the Prawn Linguini and the highly acclaimed Carrot Cake. Finally, the menu on Fridays will close out the week in the best way possible with the Caesar Salad, the Grilled Barbate Tuna Steak with confit shallots and the iconic Crêpes Suzette for the final touch.
