Christmas at Dani Brasserie is an invitation to enjoy pleasure, beauty and celebration. From the seventh floor of Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, the restaurant run by Dani García transforms this time of year into a sensory cosmopolitan experience that combines haute cuisine, design and the best views of the city under magical illuminations.
From November 27, 2025 and following on from the success of last year, the Winter Terrace returns with its warm and sophisticated atmosphere. Transformed into a small urban après-ski, it offers tall glass Ruinart afternoons, a soundtrack designed to extend those unhurried daytime nights out and a selection of exclusive dishes for the terrace: grilled oysters and scallops, Spanish cheese and cured meat platters, low temperature egg, champagne fondue, mushroom and false truffle dry rice served in a llauna tray, grilled duck magret and hot rock chuletón steak. Open from 1:00 to 11:00 pm, the terrace invites guests to observe Madrid from up on high in a haven that combines warmth and contemporary hedonism. It’s the perfect plan for those seeking to celebrate before, during and after each Christmas engagement.
Inside, Dani Brasserie opens the festive season with two menus designed for corporate occasions: “The Best of Dani” offers a journey through the chef’s creative history with iconic dishes that have defined his career, from the tuna descargamento in tomate nitro and green gazpacho with baby shrimp tartare to the Andalusian influences that characterise his style; and “Marbella,” which looks to the Mediterranean and pays tribute with iconic starters from the brasserie, such as the Robuchon-style prawns, grilled fish and classic meats that include the Strogonoff tenderloin with seasonal mushrooms.
Christmas Eve comes in style with live music and a tasting menu that combines balance and sophistication: oysters and Ossetra caviar, grilled razor clams and tuna belly tartlet and Dani-style sea urchin, or the iconic warm almond soup with Malaga red prawn tartare. This is followed by such dishes as the guinea fowl and foie gras cannelloni with Melanosporum black truffle, spider crab stuffed wild sea bass and the famous A5 Wagyu from Kagoshima with Robuchon parmentier sauce. The finale arrives with a classical and elegant champagne lemon sorbet and slightly smoked 70 percent Guanaja chocolate cream. On December 25, 2025, the celebration continues with an à la carte Christmas lunch and a special visit by Santa Claus, perfect for enjoying with the family in front of the Madrid skyline.
New Year’s Eve deserves its own unique and special haute cuisine menu. Melanosporum black truffle tart, king crab tartlet and foie gras cherry open the evening followed by Magnatum white truffle tuna belly tartare and a lobster bouillabaisse with crème fraîche. The main courses maintain this premium quality with roasted turbot and a climax of A5 Wagyu from Kagoshima with Périgueux sauce. Two desserts conclude the year with a sweet touch: lemon with olive oil and black truffle tiramisu. The evening is accompanied by performances, live entertainment, champagne toasts and the midnight grape ritual, with the heady atmosphere of Puerta del Sol resonating around the hotel.
The calendar is completed by the New Year’s Day and Epiphany brunches, transforming Dani Brasserie into the place-to-be in the city: shellfish, meat, cheese, artisanal bakery and live show-cooking stations with wines, cocktails and à la carte options. On January 6, 2026, a visit by the Three Wise Men brings a touch of magic for the little ones and adds the final touch to a Christmas served with flair at each table.
