Magic in the Heart of the Hotel: Unforgettable Dinners for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve
In the very centre of Madrid, Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is inviting people to enjoy an elegant and luxurious Christmas with some exclusive gastronomy in its dazzling ballrooms.
This year, guests can enjoy an exquisite Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas Day lunch in the intimacy of the private function rooms available at the hotel, where every detail is designed to ensure an unforgettable event that includes a customisable four-course meal, a drinks package and floral decorations. Numerous exquisite dishes have been included among these culinary delights.

For those wishing to enjoy a Christmas Eve dinner in the iconic and magical hotel lobby, the team has designed an à la carte offer especially created for this special occasion accompanied by live entertainment to further enhance the experience (from 8:00 pm to 12:00 midnight).
To close out the year in style, the hotel is offering an exceptional New Year’s Eve gala in its majestic Sol Ballroom consisting of a superb tasting menu that will begin with a welcome cocktail and two live food stations: one serving limited edition FISAN Reserve Iberian ham and another serving king crab with citrus butter.
This will be followed by the main menu, consisting of six magnificent dishes meticulously paired with a selection of wines to enhance each flavour: cold cream of sweet peas in pine nut and burrata textures paired with Albillo Mayor Caballero Zifar 2024; red prawn with seafood stew and noisette butter paired with Oremus Mandolás 2022 (Tempos Vega Sicilia); fillet of red porgy in its own jus, fennel and imperial caviar paired with Viña Martin Escolma 2020- Luis A. Rodríguez Vázquez; Japanese A5 Wagyu, pickled pearl onion and truffle paired with 904 Gran Reserva Selección Especial 2015- La Rioja Alta; lemon and verbena sorbet, mandarin gelée and yoghurt cloud cake; light mascarpone mousse, chestnut, cassis, pecan nut and toasted vanilla ice-cream paired with PX 2002 – Toro Albalá; and, finally, a selection of coffees and teas accompanied by almond crisp, truffle and Christmas desserts.
As midnight approaches, guests will be able to celebrate the famous Campanadas with the traditional 12 good luck grapes (one for each chime of the clock), giving way to the open bar, live music and late night snacks (all included) until four in the morning.

From November 27, 2025 to January 6, 2026, Isa will become an essential place-to-be for celebrating the festive season in style. Between these dates, the restaurant will be offering exclusive experiences in the Red Room, special menus for festive meals and its iconic tasting menus, such as Journey through Asia, Fukuya and Oishü, which reflect the creative essence of its cuisine. Dani Brasserie is transforming the heights of Four Seasons Hotel Madrid into a hedonistic winter wonderland with the unmistakable Dani García seal of quality. Following the success of last year, the exclusive Winter Terrace will once again be the place to enjoy incredible views of the capital dressed for Christmas: Ruinart champagne, fondue and après-ski delights in the heart of Madrid. Company lunches and dinners with the “The Best of Dani” and “Marbella” menus will satisfy all the needs of any corporate celebration.
The Dani Brasserie team is also organising a series of events to top off the festive calendar. The first will be on Christmas Eve, with a tasting menu designed for an intimate evening on the seventh floor.
