Mara

In Mara, love is meant to be. Enter The Bar where red tabletops and matching banquettes flank a gold leaf backbar. Here, the mood is just right to sit and sip a Cocktail of the Moment and discover something new from the Amaro Cart, available daily starting at 2:00 pm. With a heart for service, Mara bartenders relish the opportunity to welcome guests, share the stories behind their latest creations and recommend staff favourites such as the Varnelli Moka Amaro, St. Agrestis Amaro and Paolucci Ciociaro Amaro.

Past the brass arches is Mara Restaurant where two Chef’s Tables sit just beyond the kitchen. This interactive experience includes a curated, five-course menu with front-row seats to Gavin Kaysen’s team of chefs. Inspired by their sister restaurant Spoon and Stable – recently selected as a 2025 James Beard⁠ Award Semifinalist for “Outstanding Restaurant” – Mara’s chefs are crafting these tasting menus with minimum ingredients and maximum flavour. Reservations, which include an option to add wine pairings, are available every Thursday and Friday evening.

Farther into the dining room, staff connect with guests tableside, serving up best-loved dishes such as Seasonal Hummus, Chermoula Spiced Chicken and Salt Baked Branzino. They also offer a variety of seasonal prix-fixe menus in February 2025:

• New every Monday, an evolving two-course lunch includes access to a seasonal dessert cart
• Valentine’s Day evening features a five-course tasting experience with the option to add wine pairings and Champagne

Celebrations of love continue through the holiday weekend and all month long with Sunday Brunches where carving stations and dessert displays are new each week. Beloved by guests near and far, this Mara tradition is rooted in delicious food made from quality ingredients and generous hospitality.

Nordic Village

In Nordic Village, love lights up the night. Walk onto the rooftop and discover strings of twinkling lights and a sky full of stars. Every Wednesday through Sunday, heated cabins are filled with laughter and music – diner’s choice – and tables are brimming with Smorgasbords, Smoked Havarti Fondue, Shore Lunch Walleye, Smoked Beets, Finnbiff (Norwegian Venison Stew), House-Made S’mores and Red Rosettes. On Valentine’s Day evening, optional wine pairings and the enhancements of Truffles and Caviar make the menu shine even brighter.

Reservations for February are available on Tock. Note: March 2025 is the final month of Nordic Village: Season Three; these reservations become available on February 1, 2025, at noon on Tock.

Beyond the cabins with a view of the Hennepin Bridge, The Lodge provides pre- and post-dinner drinks like Negronis, seasonal cocktails and the NA Margarita. Football fans will also find Beer specials, Fondue and elevated bar snacks inspired by the Smorgasbord. No reservations are required; this cozy cocktail lounge is open every Wednesday through Sunday from 4:00 to 11:00 pm, unless booked for a private event.

The Spa

In The Spa and on the Wellness Floor, love makes hearts and faces glow. Practice self-care with the HydraFacial or GLO2Facial, lounge in the indoor pool with a view of the winter wonderland beyond or indulge in a guided sauna experience on the Cedar and Stone Nordic Sauna Terrace. Appointments are available via The Spa website with two special offers for those who book the HydraFacial or GLO2Facial:

• Guests with appointments on February 13 and 14, 2025 will be gifted a glass of sparkling rosé or NA sparkling tea
• Guests who book these treatments in February 2025 will have the opportunity to purchase a series of three at a special price
