The food and beverage program reflects the values of leaders today, from a fine selection of nearly 40 organic and biodynamic wines available by the glass, to sustainably sourced local coffee from Araku valley in the Eastern Ghats. An extensive cocktail menu has been conceptualised by the team behind AER, a permanent fixture on India’s and Asia’s top bars lists.
