Known for reimagining New Orleans’ grand dining traditions, Miss River’s signature King Cake offers a sophisticated take on the beloved Mardi Gras staple, featuring buttery brioche and a luscious blend of sweet potato and cinnamon spices.

Inspired by the vibrant spirit of New Orleans and the artistry of Four Seasons, the Miss River King Cake captivates both in taste and presentation. “We aim to honour local culinary tradition while infusing it with the elegance and creativity our guests expect,” shares Executive Pastry Chef Emily Rosenberg. “Our King Cake embodies this ethos, offering a delightful take on a cherished classic.”

Adorned with shimmering sugar in traditional Mardi Gras colours, the cake features a sparkling crystal in place of the customary plastic baby, a nod to the glittering Chandelier Bar.

Miss River invites locals and visitors alike to indulge in its luxurious interpretation of this New Orleans classic. The Miss River King Cake is available exclusively to guests dining in the restaurant and can be packaged to bring home at the conclusion of their meal.
