Celebrate Thanksgiving in Style at Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans
Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans will celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday with a collection of refined culinary experiences, including elegant dining at its signature restaurants and a chef-prepared take-home feast. Each offering highlights the hotel’s commitment to culinary craftsmanship and the soulful flavours of the South.
“An exquisite meal has the power to bring people together,” says Dario Montelvere, Executive Chef of Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans. “Each dish we create is rooted in craftsmanship and care as an invitation to slow down, gather around the table, and savour the joy of good food and great company.”
Effortless Thanksgiving: Feast to Go
For those who prefer hosting at home without stress, the hotel’s culinary team will prepare a complete Thanksgiving feast for guests to pick up and serve at home. Designed to serve up to four guests, the Effortless Thanksgiving Feast includes a golden-roasted turkey (10–14 pounds); creamy mashed potatoes; roasted heirloom carrots; brussels sprouts; savoury cornbread stuffing; house-made cranberry sauce; rich turkey gravy; warm bread rolls and creamy butter; and a choice of pumpkin or pecan pie. To ensure availability, reserve at least two weeks in advance. Serves approximately four guests at USD 395, plus taxes and gratuities.
Thanksgiving at Chemin à la Mer
At Chemin à la Mer, Chef Donald Link presents a refined, soulful three-course tasting menu that mirrors what he might serve at his own family table. Begin with a savoury Turkey and Andouille Sausage Gumbo, then savour a Boudin-Stuffed Turkey Roulade served alongside mashed potatoes with giblet gravy, smothered green beans, cornbread and oyster dressing, cranberry sauce, and French milk buns. For dessert, choose between his family’s beloved Satsuma Buttermilk Pie or classic Pumpkin Pie. The Thanksgiving menu is USD 95 per person and will be the only menu offered that day. A children’s menu will also be available. Reservations are available via OpenTable or by calling 504 434 5898.
A Lively Twist on Thanksgiving Traditions at Miss River
At Miss River, Chef Alon Shaya elevates the holiday with a playful approach. Feast on a whole buttermilk-fried chicken with sides such as oyster dressing, mashed potatoes, green bean almandine, and sweet potatoes. The regular à la carte menu will also be available. Reservations are available via OpenTable or by calling 504 434 5701.
Live Music in the Chandelier Bar
6:00-9:00 pm
The holiday entertaining continues on Thanksgiving with live piano music by renowned New Orleans pianist David Torkanowsky in the elegant Chandelier Bar.
