New Orleans native Danielle Garrett has always had a passion for helping others, and she found her calling at an early age through the Center of Excellence’s human resources training program for high school students. While in college, Danielle nurtured her innate talent for professional development by helping those around her realize their full potential. She eagerly embarked on a career in human resources with a special focus on attracting and retaining the best talent. 

Danielle joined Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans as Assistant Director of People and Culture, bringing with her more than 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience. Known for her approachability and kindness, Danielle was instrumental in building the New Orleans team. Within a few months’ time, Danielle was promoted to Director of People and Culture, offering her a unique opportunity to combine her knowledge of the local culture and talent development to give back to the community in a meaningful way.

Danielle is a firm believer in taking chances and with her business savvy attitude and passion for recognizing potential, she has excelled beyond words in her human resources career. 

A native of New Orleans, Danielle joined the People & Culture team with a true passion for identifying, placing, and developing talented individuals. In the local community, she is a member of Jefferson Parish Workforce Board as well as the Youth Director at her church. In her spare time, Danielle enjoys travelling, meditation and reading.
