Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston has curated a selection of four distinct Thanksgiving experiences that can be enjoyed in the Hotel with friends and family or at home for the holiday festivities. The culinary team led by Executive Sous Chef Daniel Burger created special menus fit for a savoury Thanksgiving feast and curated a delightful selection of classic homemade pies and desserts.

Thanksgiving Buffet in Beacon Ballroom

Take in natural light and city views in the Hotel’s stunning Beacon Ballroom while indulging on an elegant Thanksgiving dinner display. The menu includes delicious appetizers such as cranberry salad and charcuterie, chef-led carving stations of turkey and prime-rib, and elevated, yet classic side dishes inclusive of sweet potato casserole and stuffed honeynut squash. The delectable dessert buffet features classic holiday pies and festive confections made by the Hotel’s talented pastry team.

The Ballroom’s special Thanksgiving experience is offered from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm on Thursday, November 23, 2023. Adults are USD 249 per person; children 13 and under are USD 75 per child. Reservations are essential and can be made here or by calling 617 936 4876.

Thanksgiving at Trifecta

For those looking for an a la carte experience on Thanksgiving, Trifecta, the Hotel’s vibrant restaurant and cocktail lounge, is offering a special Thanksgiving evening menu. Entrees include delicious poached pear salad, roasted turkey ballotine with pumpkin tart served for dessert. Trifecta’s full cocktail, wine and food menu will also be available.

Trifecta is open from 3:00 to 11:00 pm on Thursday, November 23, 2023 with food service from 5:00 to 10:00 pm. Reservations are encouraged and can be booked here.

Elevate Thanksgiving at Home

Have Thanksgiving dinner prepared by the culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston and enjoy it in the comfort of home among family and friends. The three-course menu features everything needed to enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving dinner, elegantly packaged and ready to serve family-style.

Thanksgiving dinner is available for pick-up on Thanksgiving Day between 8:00 am and 12:00 noon. Instructions to reheat at home will be included, and if desired, the Hotel team will be happy to carve the turkey in advance.

Thanksgiving dinner serves four to six people and is available for USD 625 per family. Orders must be placed by 6:00 pm on Thursday, November 16, 2023 and can be placed by calling 857 449 2435.

Make the most of an intimate celebration with a gathering in one of the event spaces or a larger specialty suite at Four Seasons. Revel in celebrating a special time with family and friends while the culinary team takes care of everything. One Dalton’s Thanksgiving Family Buffet includes all the trimmings of the traditional Thanksgiving dinner featuring local farm-to-table ingredients and a selection of homemade local pies for dessert.

The Thanksgiving Family Buffet is available for USD 195 per adult or USD 58 for children under the age of twelve. Children under the age of five dine complimentary.
