Meaning "pearl," Perla takes its inspiration from one of nature's most precious treasures, embracing the qualities of rarity, beauty, and refinement. Drawing on the allure of a hidden gem waiting to be discovered, the restaurant offers a sophisticated supper club experience where exceptional cuisine, premium seafood and cuts, world-class wines and spirits, and thoughtfully choreographed tableside moments come together to create a true sense of occasion.

Opening October 19, 2026, the restaurant is set within an intimate and elegantly designed space, Perla embraces the spirit of sobremesa, inviting guests to savor an evening shaped by exceptional dining, impeccable hospitality, and lively conversation.

Guests can indulge in a Champagne, Martini and Caviar Cart, Chef-led caviar service, and other interactive presentations that bring an added sense of theatre to the dining experience. Signature dishes include dressed oysters, Hamachi with guanábana ponzu, Chilean Sea Bass, Prime New York Strip, and large-format selections such as Tomahawk Steak and Whole Dover Sole. 

Ocean Terrace: Mediterranean Coastal Dining from Sunrise to Sunset

Named for its breathtaking oceanfront location, Ocean Terrace captures the vibrant spirit of coastal living through Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, warm hospitality, and sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean. Opening in early November, situated alongside the resort's pool and shoreline, the restaurant invites to gather from sunrise to sunset, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner through a menu of handcrafted pizzas, housemade pastas, fresh seafood, colorful salads, and shareable starters inspired by the Mediterranean's most beloved coastal destinations.

Signature dishes include Charred Octopus, Shrimp Insalata, Margherita Pizza, Mussels al Limone, and Italian Adobo Half Chicken, while recurring brunch celebrations and seasonal programming further establish Ocean Terrace as a vibrant gathering place from sunrise to sunset.
