Goldfinch Tavern sets the stage for a culinary journey for couples, where beautiful refractions of light from Elliott Bay and the Seattle Great Wheel create a romantic water pattern. Delight in a special three-course menu and added wine pairings from Chef Jeffrey Hunter and his team, while the hand-blown glass light fixtures, from Seattle-based studio Illuminata Art Glass Design, capture the sparkle of the glowing fireplace in the centre of the restaurant.

The menu highlights Pacific Northwest ingredients with a variety of elevated dishes guests can curate their meal from: hama hama oysters, yellowfin crudo, wagyu short ribs, and more. The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle, the only Forbes-rated spa in the state, presents treatments that awaken the senses with roses, strawberries, and jasmine. • The Wrapped in Roses Couples Massage experience begins with a champagne welcome amenity before stepping into the serene sanctuary of the couple’s treatment room. Reconnect with a damask rose, neroli, and bergamot infused massage and extend relaxation with a full-size bottle of Devine Grace Massage Oil to take home.
• The Jasmine Tuberose Mineral Pedicure begins with a mineral-rich soak formulated with a blend of Dead Sea salts, magnesium, and black pepper extract to condition, soothe, and revitalize the skin. Then deeply hydrate and moisturize as carnauba wax, cocoa butter, and jojoba oil melts into the skin while the sweet, exotic scents of jasmine and tuberose awaken the senses.
• The Strawberry Collagen Face Mask Enhancement is excellent for hyperpigmented and ageing skin. The pink mask is infused with milk, strawberry extract, and aloe.
