OUL and JONGGA presents two kimchi-infused cocktails and a flavourful food pairing. The Kimchi Highball (KRW 31,000) is a potent, punchy concoction featuring JONGGA Kimchi Powder and Dongchimi. Chili-infused soju blends with a cordial crafted from JONGGA Dongchimi Kimchi, balanced with soda and finished with a JONGGA Dongchimi radish garnish. A rim of JONGGA Kimchi Powder intensifies each sip with a burst of kimchi essence.
The Kimchi Mule (KRW 31,000) puts an edgy Korean spin on the classic Moscow Mule. Locally distilled vodka and JONGGA Baechu Kimchi Juice mix with garlic-infused honey and ginger soda – a taste profile reminiscent of kimchi noodle soup. The cocktail is garnished with JONGGA Poggi Kimchi, slowly air-dried for over 48 hours to retain its crisp texture and rich kimchi aroma.
Delicate Kimchi Mandu (KRW 35,000) dumplings deliver a bold edible complement. A juicy filling crafted with pork jowl and shoulder marries perfectly with two JONGGA kimchi varieties: Baek Yeolmu Mul Kimchi (White Young Radish Water Kimchi) and Siwon-Kkalkkeum Poggi Kimchi (Refreshing Whole Cabbage Kimchi). Dumpling wrappers are infused with cabbage kimchi juice to create a natural kimchi-coloured gradient. Each is served with a crispy tuile made from JONGGA Kimchi Powder, adding a complex, savoury crunch and enhancing the aroma.
