Director of Food and Beverage Joce (Pengying) Liang brings a uniquely innovative spirit to F&B operations at Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen. The trailblazing trilingual hospitality professional draws on fifteen years’ experience within the industry overseeing the five-star hotel’s three restaurants, bar, and banquet facilities.

Born and raised in Guangxi province, an ambitious young Joce studied Hospitality Management at The City College London. Launching straight into an illustrious career, Joce’s inimitable skills saw her elevating a leading Beijing restaurant into the world’s top 50. In 2016, Joce first joined the Four Seasons family in Beijing, winning their Italian restaurant seven awards and being crowned Four Seasons Beijing Manager of the Year 2018.

On the pre-opening team at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi as Director of Restaurants and Bar, Joce also harnessed her linguistic talents to learn Japanese. Further Four Seasons appointments in Kyoto, Japan and in Dalian, China allowed Joce to hone her visionary approach.

With a passion for yoga, hiking, and running in her spare time, Joce’s dynamic energy is renowned for its inspirational effect on the people she leads. Drawing on the evident dedication shown across her stellar career so far, she’s excited to make her mark on the Hotel’s vibrant culinary scene.
