Nobu Singapore Launches “Taste of Nobu” Weekend Brunch at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore
Nobu Singapore Executive Chef Hideki Maeda and his team of culinary craftsmen invite diners to kick-start their weekend in style with a new bottomless Weekend Brunch, which will be available every Saturday and Sunday starting from March 18, 2023 at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore.
The inaugural "Taste of Nobu" Weekend Brunch concept has been designed to provide diners with a host of Nobu staples and an exquisite Japanese-Peruvian dining experience right in the heart of the vibrant central Orchard district.
A semi-buffet brunch concept, catch Nobu chefs live in action preparing a counter selection of Nobu sushi rolls, sashimi, cold dishes and salads. Highlights include favourites such as the Yellowtail Jalapeño, Umami Chicken Wing, Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna, and Sashimi Salad with Matsuhisa Dressing.
In addition, diners can enjoy a menu of à la minute signature hot dishes such as the Black Cod Miso, Rock Shrimp Tempura and F1 Japanese Beef Toban-Yaki, just to name a few. Furthermore, vegetarian dishes such as Vegetable Maki Roll, Shojin Tempura, Sautéed Vegetables, Spicy Garlic and Field Greens Salad are also available.
To end off, a decadent dessert room awaits. Besides the popular Nobu-style Cheesecake, other handcrafted desserts such as Green Tea Flan, Chocolate Miso Cream Puff and Yuzu Meringue Tarts are unique and delicious crowd favourites not to be missed.
To complement the food, Nobu Singapore will also offer bottomless alcohol packages at a supplemental charge, showcasing premium Taittinger champagne and Nobu Matsuhisa white wine, red wine and sake, and craft cocktails.
One of the highlights of the beverage experience will be the Nobu Junmai Daiginjo, an exclusive label only available in Nobu restaurants. The medium-bodied sake is smooth, crisp and complex, with delicate floral notes that perfectly complement a wide variety of Nobu's dishes for a truly immersive and unique dining experience. Diners can enjoy sipping on the exquisite sake with the free-flow Luxe beverage package option.
With everything set for the table, the brunch experience is complete with a stellar soundscape of brunch beats specially curated for the afternoon. For diners who enjoy the music, take it home and reminisce about the experience with the Nobu playlist on Spotify.
