Jennifer's signature style involves layering multiple colours using an array of tools, including palette knives, brushes, and even unique found objects. Her goal is to craft artwork that catches the viewer's eye from a distance with its bold and vibrant colours, while revealing fine, intricate details upon closer inspection. She takes deep satisfaction in creating works with multiple layers and layers of intrigue. Several of Jennifer's completed pieces will be on display and available for purchase

Guests can order from Cinder Bar’s new slate of seasonal cocktails and enjoy special social hour wine selections from Trefethen Vineyards to sip while watching Jennifer paint. Advanced Sommelier Anthony Geary selected the evening’s wine, while the bar team is headed by Supervisor India Stevens. Reservations at Cinder House restaurant are also available and recommended for those who wish to dine following the event.

As the Hotel’s artist partner, Jennifer Hayes’ painting are on display throughout the property, bringing a sense of joy and originality in each space they hang.  As a St. Louis resident, the city influences her work in many ways, from its complex urban nature to the dynamic confluence of the Mississippi and Missouri Rivers. Even eccentric downtown blues bars and the sounds of the nearby trains rolling can create an artistic spark on the canvas.
