Mode Kitchen & Bar is all set to welcome every mother with a three-course lunch buffet on Sunday, May 14, 2023 from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm. The lunch includes an antipasto buffet featuring charcuterie, seafood salad, chickpea fritters, and much more, followed by seasonal main courses such as pan-roasted kingfish with Jarvis Bay mussels, potato gnocchi with duck ragu, and a slow-roasted lamb shoulder. The meal ends on a sweet note with a choice of desserts such as purple pavlova or Valrhona chocolate mousse. All mums will also receive a beautiful coin purse from the famous Australian fashion designer Camilla, valued at AUD 70.

Make Mum’s weekend extra special with a beautiful floral arrangement. Enjoy bespoke floral arrangements from local Sydney florist Nicholas Minton-Connell, founder of Pollon Flowers. His creative bouquets will pop-up in the lobby, filling the Hotel with a sensational fragrance from his fresh blooms from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday, May 14, 2023.
