Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong has regained its prestigious eight Michelin stars status, continuing to cement its positioning as a beacon of culinary excellence in the city. The starred-studded line-up includes:

  • Caprice: Retaining its prestigious three-star rating for the sixth consecutive year under the leadership of Chef Guillaume Galliot and Restaurant Director Victor Petiot.
  • Lung King Heen: Celebrating its two-star rating for the year 2024, this Cantonese gem, led by Chinese Executive Chef Chan Yan Tak, holds the distinction of being the world’s first Chinese restaurant to be awarded three Michelin stars.
