The talented team at CURA, led by Chef Rodolfo Lavrador, has for the fourth consecutive year secured the prestigious accolade of one Michelin star at The Michelin Guide Portugal ceremony in Oporto. This remarkable achievement is a testament to the restaurant's excellence since its opening at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon in October 2020.

Reflecting on the honour of retaining the Michelin star, Chef Rodolfo Lavrador shares his excitement: "It is with immense pride that our team at CURA celebrates the honour of preserving our Michelin star. Sustaining this culinary excellence over the years is a testament to our commitment to consistency and our unwavering strive for excellence, qualities that resonate with the discerning standards of Michelin."

Guilherme Costa, General Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon, also praises the team’s dedication: "The continuous dedication and brilliance displayed by CURA's team have been nothing short of extraordinary and contribute daily to an unforgettable dining experience. This is continued validation of Chef Rodolfo Lavrador, Sous-Chef Marina Garcia, Sommelier David Lopes, and the entire team's relentless effort, hard work, and boundless creativity."

CURA presents two versions of its tasting menu: one featuring ten moments and another with five moments, both available in vegetarian options. The menus offer a culinary journey through the flavours of contemporary Portuguese cuisine, crafted using the finest local ingredients to create a distinctive and flavourful dining experience that showcases the exceptional talent of CURA's team.

Building on a rich tradition of culinary excellence, Four Seasons holds the highest number of Michelin stars among luxury hospitality brands, with 32 stars across 23 restaurants in 18 hotels and resorts worldwide. This includes both Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris and Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, which have the distinction of holding Michelin stars at all of their on-site restaurants.

In addition to their Michelin accolades, Four Seasons properties are also recognised in numerous prestigious industry awards, including 50 Best, La Liste, Black Pearl, Gault Millau, and Wine Spectator, among others.

About CURA

Skillful curatorship – curadoria in Portuguese – lies at the heart of CURA, the signature restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon. Opened in 2020, CURA needs no introduction in Lisbon's fine-dining scene and has since attracted international acclaim. Within its first year, the restaurant was awarded a Michelin star, which has been retained and renewed ever since. With its façade and entrance on Lisbon’s Rua Rodrigo da Fonseca, CURA is both of the city and of the Hotel.

Like the timeless Portuguese modern artworks that frame the Hotel’s common areas, both the space and CURA’s gastronomic approach reveal layers of complexity to evoke an emotional and sensorial response.

With a total of 28 seats CURA is open for dinner only every day, from 7:30 to 11:00 pm.

CURA offers two tasting menus: one of five courses and a more extensive one, of 10 courses, a journey into the flavours of contemporary Portuguese cuisine. All menus have wine or soft pairing options.
