Pampering Season – Spa aficionados can indulge in seasonal treatments at The Spa with their choice of a Pumpkin Spice Scrub or Peppermint Scrub. Available only through the month of December 2022, these 50-minute treatments are priced at USD 275 each.

Beats in Bayou - Friday nights bring the energy at Bayou & Bottle from 8:00 pm until 12:00 midnight with a live performance by local BELLOSOUND DJs, mouth-watering cocktails and delectable cuisine.

Krigler Aquarelle Candles – Perfect for warming those cool winter nights, the Hotel’s Krigler boutique has introduced its limited-edition Aquarelle Candle Collection. These large (56-ounce) scented soy candles are infused with an 18% Krigler perfume base, and boast a burn time of 120 hours. The collection includes: Aquarelle Blue: America One 31 - a surprising mix of energizing neroli and spicy black pepper; Aquarelle Brown: Sierra Vista 2142 - a warm, woody ode to the US Southwest; Aquarelle Mint: Good Fir 11 - a crisp, mossy mix that conjures snow-capped mountains; and Aquarelle Pink: Lovely Patchouli 55 Classic - a cozy, sensual scent made for chilly nights. Burger Wednesdays – Indulge in Bayou & Bottle’s famous Brisket Burger for just USD 6 or kick it up with Chef Godstime Ebeagbor’s Kicked-Up version for USD 15 Wednesdays from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.

“Suviche” Making Class - Join Cho, the Toro Toro “Suviche” Chef for a personalized sushi and ceviche making class, where guests will learn (and taste) the expert art of making these delectable favourites. Available Tuesday through Saturday, pricing for this private experience starts at USD 200 per person and includes hand-rolled sushi, ceviche, and sake.

Topgolf Happy Hour – Guests of the Hotel’s Topgolf Swing Suites are invited to make the most of their virtual sporting experience with a special happy hour offering. Available daily from 3:00 to 5:00 pm, this menu features Bayou & Bottle favourites such as Bourbon-Maple Glazed Chicken Wings, Loaded Carnitas Nachos, Drunken Pulled Pork BBQ Sliders, and Blue Point Oysters.

Mixology Class – With this expert-led private experience, groups up to 12 guests will be led through a creative and interactive mixology class by one of the Hotel’s talented bartenders. This 90-minute class includes two cocktails, bar snacks, and an individual takeaway. Available from USD 75 per person.

POWA by Sphere – Take in a fun, high-intensity 30-minute POWA workout every Wednesday at 5:30 pm and 6:00 pm and Saturday at 10:00 am and 10:30 am, with Sphere, created by fitness partner Michael Chabala. Sessions are priced at USD 35 per person.

Old Fashioned Welcome – In-house guests are invited to enjoy a complimentary tasting of Bayou & Bottle’s signature Dr. Pepper Old Fashioned, guided by one of the Hotel’s Certified Bourbon Stewards. This guided tasting takes place each Friday between 2:00 and 4:00 pm adjacent to the reception desk.

Holiday Spirit – In tune with the season, Bandista, the Hotel’s speakeasy bar and lounge, introduces a new cocktail that evokes traditional scents and tastes of the holidays. Under the direction of beverage manager Johnathan Jones, Bandista’s bar team created As American As…, a decadent cocktail showcasing refreshing crisp apples with dessert vibes. The layering of the cocktail, using Roger Groult 12 year Calvados, Copper & Kings Butchertown, Licor 43, lemon, cream, and burnt sugar syrup, allows each aspect to shine. The bonus bite of butter-rich pie crust made by Executive Pastry Chef Krystin McCarley adds familiar comfort and an indulgent festive pairing. Reservations are required at Bandista, which is open Wednesday through Saturday from 5:00 pm until 12:00 midnight.

Bourbon Tasting Experience – Dive deep into the world of “America’s spirit” during a private bourbon tasting at Bayou & Bottle. Led by one of the bar’s Certified Bourbon Stewards, guests will be guided through a curated tasting from a selection of more than 200 whiskies. This one-hour tasting is completely customizable and is priced from USD 100 per person.

November 22, 2022 – Light up the season with the Hotel’s Annual Tree Lighting. Highlights include a Hot Chocolate Station, TUTS Choir performance, Eggnog and Champagne, and the lighting of the Hotel’s stunning Christmas trees. November 24, 2022 – Gather at Toro Toro’s Thanksgiving Day Brunch, and feast on a lavish buffet of traditional and pan-Latin influenced favourites. Guests will enjoy roast turkey, cornbread stuffing, prime rib, a Texas cheese display, seafood tower, omelet station, sushi bar, carving station, dessert display, and a kid’s selection. November 25–28, 2022 - Gift the whisky lover in your life with the ultimate showpiece during the Black Friday Bourbon Locker Sale. These select lockers will be available to purchase at 50 percent off normal pricing of USD 1,200 for a full locker and USD 500 for a half locker, allowing owners to store and showcase premium bottles at Bayou & Bottle. Working with the Hotel’s Certified Bourbon Stewards, a wide selection of spirits (including more than 200 whiskies) are presented for purchase. Once chosen, the guest's bottle(s) are stored and showcased in their exclusive locker, which can only be accessed by themselves and up to four additional users. November 29, 2022 – Toro Toro’s Executive Chef Rafael Villalpando and Casa Dragones present a four-course Tequila Dinner with cocktail pairings, including a pour of their exclusive Joven tequila, and live music. Priced at USD 125 per guest, this intimate culinary experience takes place from 6:30 to 9:00 pm and requires reservations.

December 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, 2022 - Hotel guests are invited to join Holiday Movies at the Pool, presented Friday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Set on the resort-style pool deck, guests can lay out on a lounger, warmed by blankets, hot chocolate, and the fire pit while enjoying a holiday movie favourite, the new pool menu, and more.

December 17, 2022 - The Nutcracker Gingerbread Tea Party is an enchanting experience that includes a visit from beloved cast members from The Houston Ballet's production of The Nutcracker. Guests will enjoy assorted teas and pastries, sparkling wine, and Nutcracker-shaped gingerbread to decorate. This event is great for all ages and is the perfect way to celebrate the holiday season. December 25, 2022 – Join family and friends for an indulgent Christmas brunch buffet at Toro Toro, featuring an extensive buffet of holiday favourites, including an omelet station and housemade pastries, lobster bisque with caviar, double rack of pork, bone-in country ham, beef tenderloin, roasted leg of lamb, seafood station, dessert display, and a kid’s selection. December 31, 2022: To celebrate the last night of 2022, Bandista is hosting a special New Year’s Eve Party. Those who reserve a 90-minute seating between 5:00 pm and 12:00 midnight will have the option of ordering à la carte or selecting a NYE menu for USD 125, which includes a half bottle of Laurent-Perrier Champagne, a “bump” of caviar, and a cocktail of their choice from the Bandista menu (Ménage à trois not included). Patrons of the 10:30 pm seating will also receive a molecular champagne “toast” at the turn of the year.

January 1, 2023 – Kick off 2023 with New Year’s Day Brunch at Bayou & Bottle from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, featuring feel-good food, drink, and college football to bounce back from the big night out.
