Spoil Mum with a well-deserved getaway in one of the newly refreshed Deluxe Rooms, where she can wake up to breath-taking views of Hong Kong and be treated to a sumptuous breakfast at the picturesque ARGO, starting her day with freshly baked bread and pastries crafted by award-winning Executive Pastry Chef Ringo Chan. Mum can also indulge in made-to-order courses from the egg station, including the ever-popular Egg Omelette, cooked to perfection and accompanied by a range of Chinese and Western breakfast items, such as sausages, cold cuts, salads, yogurt, dim sum, and congee.

A Michelin Starred Meal to Remember

Immerse in the refined ambiance of Caprice, renowned for its exquisite culinary expertise and world-class service. Recently honoured #49 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023, Caprice is celebrating Mother’s Day on May 14, 2023 with a delectable six-course lunch menu featuring seasonal creations, including a White Asparagus Velouté, Gillardeau Oyster and Kristal Caviar, Blue Lobster with Morel Mushroom and Yellow Wine Sauce, followed by the Mieral Chicken, Green Asparagus with Mint Sauce as well as premium cheeses from Caprice’s own cheese cellar.

At Caprice, a complete cheese tasting goes beyond quality cheeses. Guests can expect a knowledgeable team that guides them on a personalized sensory journey. The cheese cellar, regularly stocked with 25 to 30 unpasteurized cheeses, is meticulously maintained by a team of three experts who ensure precise temperature and humidity levels. Artisanal cheeses are flown in from France twice every week, with each one carefully selected for its complexity in taste and variety as well as unique story.

Over at Lung King Heen, Mother’s Day lunch and dinner menus cater to adults and children separately, ideal for families and larger groups. The restaurant showcases its masterful interpretation of Cantonese cuisine through the use of fine ingredients and by striking a harmonious balance between contemporary influences and time-honoured traditions. Dishes such as Double-boiled Fish Maw with Brassica, Chinese Mushrooms and Bamboo Piths, Braised Lobster with Seasonal Vegetables in Supreme Broth, Barbequed Pork with Honey Sauce and Racan Pigeon Dumpling with Taro, paired with Lung King Heen’s signature curated tea selection, promise an authentic and unparalleled epicurean journey.

Afternoon Tea Treat

The Lounge will offer a Mother’s Day afternoon tea between May 6 to 14, 2023, with highlights such as Crab Meat Bouillabaisse Vol-au-Vent, Boston Lobster ‘’Thermidor’’ in Brioche Bun and fashion-inspired pastries including Blueberry and Violet Handbag and Lovely Ladies Hat (Smooth Chestnut and Madagascar Vanilla). On weekends, the live cooking stations will prepare freshly made pancakes, 20-year Chenpi (dried tangerine peel) crème brûlée and Hokkaido ice cream sundaes.

Afternoon tea at The Lounge is priced at HKD 495* (weekdays) or HKD 528* (weekends) per person, and HKD 808* for the tea set (serves two persons).

Mother’s Day Afternoon Treat will be served daily at Gallery from 3:00 to 6:00 pm during May 6 to 14, 2023. The menu is priced at HKD 368* (weekdays) and HKD 528* per person (weekends). Weekends will feature additional live cooking stations.

This customized spa package spans two hours and begins with an exfoliating and balancing salt scrub, followed by a body wrap with Four Seasons signature rose oil and nourishing cream, which is applied with the help of a thermal blanket to achieve supple skin. Finally, Mum can enjoy a blissful, one-hour therapeutic massage to relieve stress and tension for improved wellbeing.
