Bandista at Four Seasons Hotel Houston Unveils New Cocktail Menu

Bandista, the acclaimed speakeasy bar and lounge at Four Seasons Hotel Houston, introduces its first major menu update since opening “behind the bookcase” in February 2022.

The menu features eight new inventive cocktails, artistically created by the Bandista bartenders and Beverage Manager Johnathan Jones:

• Atonement – a take on an Old Fashioned, with DIY finishing flavour elements to make up for past sins
• Call Me Sambaldy – a classic tiki-style drink thrown on its head with a hint of unexpected Asian spice
• Dulce Far Niente – a cocktail version of the famed Italian dessert, tiramisu (complete with mascarpone mousse)
• Flame of Love – a modern riff on the original, which was created in 1970 for Dean Martin by Chasen’s bartender Pepe Ruiz
• London Fog – a sophisticated woodsy cocktail paying tribute to Mother England
• Pura Vida – meaning “simple life,” this globally-inspired cocktail showcases a few esoteric ingredients combined into something brand new
• Ritual – this clarified cocktail takes heavenly inspiration from the classic El Diablo
• Writer’s Block – a refreshing gin-based cooler designed to get the creative juices flowing

Additionally, four popular cocktails carry-over from the previous menu:

• Menage a Trois - a trio of sensory experiences surrounding a Brandy Alexander
• Pimm’s Cup – a stunning presentation of a deconstructed Pimm's Cup, which allows for the guest to pour to their desired mix
• Sparkling Courage – this sparkly pink cocktail is the life of the party, eliciting major French 75 vibes
• Strawberry Fields – bright, fruity and complex, this fab cocktail combines unexpected elements and is served with a savoury nibble
