Four Seasons Hotel Houston Celebrates Fall in H-Town

The Hotel’s seasonal special events for fall 2025 include:
- Beginning August 26 – Bandista Tuesdays: Texas’s #1 bar is now open on Tuesdays, offering one more night each week for guests to venture behind the bookcase. Now, from 5:00 pm to 12:00 midnight Tuesday through Saturday, 90-minute reservations are available for inventive, award-winning cocktails at one of Bandista’s 20 seats. Additionally, Bandista will now accommodate walk-in guests, based on availability.
- September 1 - October 31 – Fall Flavours: Bayou & Bean welcomes the season with a seasonal menu of specialty coffees, including Autumn Zing (espresso, pumpkin spice, milk) and Pistachio Dream (espresso, pistachio, honey, milk); along with housemade treats from Executive Pastry Chef Krystin McCarley, including Cinnamon Apple Cruffin and Pumpkin Loaf Bread.
- September 1 – 30 - Garrison Brothers’ Hye Fashioned Takeover: Cheers to America’s favourite classic cocktail - The Old Fashioned. During this month-long celebration, Bayou & Bottle will offer The Stronghold, created by bartender David Brookins. This inspired cocktail combines Garrison Brothers Small Batch Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey, chai-spiced turbinado syrup, Angostura bitters, Regan’s orange bitters, and smoked star anise. For every tagged Instagram post of the featured cocktail, Garrison Brothers will make a donation of USD 5 to Boot Campaign to support their life-changing programs for veterans and military families.
- September 4, 10, 18, 24; October 2, 16 – Bourbon Heritage Month: Celebrate America’s spirit with a September (and beyond) continuing series of curated master bourbon tasting events hosted by Bayou & Bottle General Manager Bardia Ketabi and select brand ambassadors each week, including Michter’s (allocated), Russell’s Reserve, Heaven Hill (Grain to Glass), Garrison Brothers (allocated), Four Roses, and Elijah Hill (allocated). Reservations are required for these 90-minute experiences, which include a welcome cocktail, four tastings and lite bites.
- September 17 - 21 – Texas Cocktail Week: The inaugural Texas Cocktail Week takes place throughout the city, celebrating the bar world from near and far. With Four Seasons as the Hotel Sponsor, cocktail aficionados can experience a number of special on-property activations, including pop-ups at Bandista, master tastings at Bayou & Bottle, an insightful industry panel, and a farewell brunch at Toro Toro.
- September 19, 20; October 24, 25 - Ben Jackson’s Magic, Music & Mayhem: Delight the senses at Ben Jackson’s live one-man show, Magic, Music & Mayhem. This one-of-a-kind performance breathes new life into the ancient art by showcasing magic’s vitality in a truly immersive, close-up experience. Sip cocktails and experience one of Houston’s best-kept secrets: a night of mystery in the Bayou City, curated by host and international champion magician Ben Jackson. Tickets from USD 65.
- September 22 - 28 - Negroni Week: Bayou & Bottle celebrates the bitter and the sweet during Negroni Week. Enjoy three specially-crafted Negroni cocktails, including Port of Fire (Russell’s Reserve 6 year Rye, Campari, port wine), Golden Smoke (Los Siete Misterios Doba-Yej Mezcal, Yellow Chartreuse, Cocchi Americano, dry vermouth), and Classic Negroni (Tanqueray Gin, Antica Formula, Campari), each priced at USD 18. A portion of proceeds will benefit Slow Food’s mission to foster a more equitable and sustainable world of food and beverage. Bayou & Bottle is open daily from 11:00 am until 12:00 midnight.
- October 1 – November 30 - Latte Scrub & Massage: Guests of The Spa and Nail Bar are invited to experience a luxurious fall-themed body treatment. The Latte Glow Soothing Body Scrub Body Scrub & Massage begins with an invigorating full-body scrub, expertly whipped with 100 percent Arabica coffee grounds, pure cane sugar, and a calming soufflé of essential oils. The rich aroma of roasted coffee and creamy vanilla awakens the senses as coconut oil and sweet almond oil deeply moisturize and rejuvenate. An application of nourishing body butter then locks in hydration, leaving skin silky smooth and glowing. This indulgent experience concludes with a steaming cup of Caffè Umbria Arco Etrusco Blend Dark Roast coffee, an elegant and robust finish to this 50-minute sensory escape, priced at USD 280.
- October 1 - November 3 - Día de Los Muertos Omakase: The spirit of the season will be in full swing at Toro Toro for Día de los Muertos, the celebration that calls to remember family and friends through food, drink, and sharing. The acclaimed pan-Latin steakhouse by Richard Sandoval will feature a special eight-course omakase cocktail dinner experience, set at the intimate “Suviche” Bar, where guests will enjoy small plates of Asian cuisine, paired with mini hand-crafted cocktails. Reservations are required and seating is limited for 6:00 pm and 8:30 pm seatings Thursdays through Saturdays, priced at USD 165 per guest.
- October 1 – 31 – Oktoberfest Menu: Embrace the flavours of fall and Bavarian tradition by celebrating Oktoberfest at Bayou & Bottle. Chef Gaby Jimenez has created a traditional Oktoberfest plate, available for USD 32, which includes Soft Pretzel Rods with Cheese Dip, Bavarian Bratwurst with Whole Grain Mustard, Pastrami Slices, Cambozola Triple Cream Soft-Ripened Blue Cheese, Muenster Cheese, Sauerkraut, and Cornichons. Specials on Equal Parts Brewing’s Loggerbier will be on tap, providing a classic German Pilsner to complement the cuisine.
- October 6 – Sternewirth Pop-Up: Bandista welcomes its neighbour and top bar in San Antonio, Sternewirth, for a one-night pop-up. Taking place from 5:00 to 10:00 pm, this limited-seat experience will feature five Sternewirth house cocktails created by General Manager James Lindbloom and Bar Lead David Young. Reservations for 60-minute seatings are required for this special evening, though walk-ins will be accommodated, based on availability. Benefitting Camp H-Town, the featured cocktails are priced between USD 25 and 45 each.
- Beginning late October: Mahjong & Martini Wednesdays - Show the chows, pungs, and kongs while enjoying some delicious freezer martinis at Bayou & Bottle to break up the week. Whether for a lesson or open play, Four Seasons will provide everything needed for a fun and social session with friends old and new.
- November and December: The Hotel is preparing for a busy holiday season, with festive highlights including the Annual Tree Lighting, Thanksgiving Brunch, Gingerbread Tea, Christmas Brunch, and New Year’s Eve parties.
