Host of seasonal experiences on offer at Houston’s downtown destination

Four Seasons Hotel Houston, just named among the Best Hotels in the United States by U.S. News & World Report, invites guests and the H-Town community  to celebrate the season with an exciting offering of Spring Happenings.

Some of these 2025 experiences include:

  • Beginning March – ELEMIS Facials: The Spa has partnered with ELEMIS, the famed global British skincare brand to be the first in Houston to offer the new ELEMIS Expert Touch facials. These treatments include: ELEMIS Expert Touch Reveal Facial, ELEMIS Expert Touch Renew Facial, and ELEMIS Expert LED Energy Mask add-on. Additionally, the Spa Boutique will also offer ELEMIS products for sale, allowing guests to best keep up their skin routine between treatments.
  • March through May – Picnics in the Park: Just steps from the Hotel is Discovery Green – the perfect venue for a spring picnic. Four Seasons presents guests with an effortlessly enjoyable personalized picnic experience for two or more. At their chosen time, guests will board their bicycles, already loaded with their picnic set-up. Equipped with a map of nearby parks, including Discovery Green, they are able to choose their ideal location, set their blanket, and enjoy their customized picnic with all the fixings (including vegetarian options). Enhancements include, but are not limited to, Champagne, wine, and caviar service. Picnics in the Park start at USD 75 per person and must be booked in advance.
  • March 14 & 15 - C. Shel Rodeo Retail Pop-Up - C. Shel presents their lines of Houston-made hats, jewellery, and boot and hat swag to perfectly accessorize Rodeo outfits. Popping up from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm in the Lobby.
  • March 19, 20; April 3, 17 – Master Whiskey Tasting Series: Dive deep into the wide world of whiskies with a continuing series of curated master whiskey tasting events hosted by esteemed brand ambassadors and Bayou & Bottle General Manager Bardia Ketabi. Buffalo Trace will showcase their revered Antique Collection on March 19 and 20, while Garrison Brothers returns with Charlie Garrison on April 3, followed by Old Forrester on April 17. Reservations are required for these two-hour experiences, which include a welcome cocktail, four tastings and lite bites.
  • March 20 through May 21- Spring Flavors at Bayou & Bean: Welcome spring with a seasonal menu of specialty coffees and teas, including: My Early Days (white chocolate, French vanilla, espresso, milk, sprinkles), Heart Beet (beet root powder, espresso, milk); Budding Sky (butterfly pea flower powder, milk); Morning Dew (blueberry puree, matcha, milk; and Honey Comb Brew (honey butterscotch sauce, cream, cold brew). Executive Pastry Chef Krystin McCarley delights with her team’s seasonal creations of freshly-baked Orange Cinnamon Morning Buns and Strawberry & Cream Braids.
  • March 20 – 23Kemo Sabe Rodeo Retail Pop-Up: Gear up for Rodeo with the help of Kemo Sabe and their adored line of custom western-inspired hats, boots, buckle, and accessories. All proudly made in Texas, these Kemo Sabe accessories will ensure guests are Rodeo-ready, with the Kemo Sabe team working with guests individually to craft a piece that's as unique as they are. Popping up from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, coinciding with the championship weekend of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
  • March 25 – April 22Viva Abejas at Toro Toro: Meaning “Long live bees” in Spanish, Viva Abejas is Toro Toro’s month-long campaign designed to spread awareness of the importance of bees to the food system (one in every three bites of food and sips of drinks depends on bees for pollination). Enjoy bee-centric food and drink specials, highlighting the orange, benefiting the World Bee Project. Guests will enjoy a special a la carte menu of small plates, including Coconut Tuna Ceviche with orange blossom honey; Braised Short Ribs, glazed and braised in honey; and Honey Cheesecake, flambéed in Alma Finca Orange Liqueur. Made from oranges pollinated by Richard Sandoval’s bees in Meridá, Mexico, guests can sample Viva Abejas cocktails featuring Alma Finca, including the Honey Lavender Margarita and Sweet Revolution with blood orange; and the zero-proof Golden Melody, with honey and orange. Reservations are recommended.
  • March 27Astros Home Opener at Bayou & Bottle: Root, root, root for the home team and join the fun at Bayou & bottle for the Astros' home opener from 1:00 to 9:00 pm. In addition to an impressive collection of more than 200 whiskies, guests can enjoy Chef Gaby Jimenez’s Kobe Beef Hot Dog, which will be offered during every home game of the season. Guests can also sip the Orbit and Grand Slam Old Fashioned cocktails while they cheer on the beloved ‘Stros.
  • March 28, 29; April 11, 12, 18, 19 – Ben Jackson’s Magic, Music & Mayhem: Delight the senses at Ben Jackson’s live one-man show, Magic, Music & Mayhem. This one-of-a-kind performance breathes new life into the ancient art by showcasing magic’s vitality in a truly immersive, close-up experience. Tickets from USD 55.
  • April 20 – Easter Brunch at Toro Toro: Bring family and friends to Toro Toro for a spectacular Easter Brunch, featuring classics with pan-Latin flair, as imagined by Executive Sous Chef Jonathan Esparza. Offerings include a seafood and sushi station with Poached Jumbo Shrimp, Shucked Oysters, Crab Claws, and Caviar; a carving station with Roasted Jerk Prime Rib with Au Jus, Amarillo-Chili Honey Glazed Ham; a Texas Charcuterie Board; all the breakfast favourites, a grand dessert display, and kid’s station. Live music and a visit from the Easter Bunny make for an especially memorable experience. Easter Brunch is priced at USD 145 for adults and USD 65 for children 12 and under and is served from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Reservations are required.
  • April 23 – Celebrity Chefs Against Cancer: A special night out for an amazing cause, the 6th Annual Celebrity Chefs Against Cancer features Houston’s top chefs, serving up their delicious cuisine, alongside incredible wine, cocktails, music, and silent and live auctions to benefit Camp H-Town. Tickets are now available for one of the year’s most anticipated social and philanthropic gatherings.
  • May 2 - 5 - Cinco de Mayo Weekend at Toro Toro: Celebrate with tequila and mezcal flights and other favourites all day and night in Toro Toro, including daily Happy Hour from 3:00 to 6:00 pm.
  • May 3 – Derby Day at Bayou & Bottle: Don a hat and seersucker suit while cheering on the horses during the most exciting two minutes in sports - the Kentucky Derby. From 3:00 to 7:00 pm, guests can enjoy the Brown Derby cocktail, crafted with Elijah Craig Private Select Toasted Bourbon.
  • May 9 – 11 – Mother’s Day Weekend: Honour Mom with a weekend getaway, where she’ll be celebrated in deserving fashion. Take advantage of the Suite Dreams package, which includes 20 percent off the suite rate, daily breakfast, and a late check-out. Further, pamper Mom at The Spa with an indulgent ELEMIS Expert Touch facial or have her choose a new favourite scent at Krigler.   • May 11 – Mother’s Day Brunch at Toro Toro: Indulge Mom with a special Mother’s Day Brunch at Toro Toro, featuring brunch classics, a spectacular seafood tower, and pan-Latin flair. Moms will receive a complimentary one-month Vivrelle membership, allowing them to experience the Hotel’s luxury accessory partner first-hand.   • May – August: The Hotel is preparing for the return of Summer of Fun, with highlights including Summer Saturdays, Dive-In Movies, and Independence Day Grill & Chill on the Pool Deck; Houston Restaurant Weeks at Toro Toro and Bayou & Bottle; and exclusive bar and dining pop-ups.
