The Michelin Guide for 2024 Portugal Has Been Released and CURA at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon Has Retained Its Michelin star
The talented team at CURA, headed by Chef Pedro Pena Bastos, has retained the prestigious accolade of one Michelin star, attributed at The Michelin Guide Portugal ceremony in Guia, Algarve. This an exceptional achievement for the restaurant, which first opened at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon in October 2020.
Commenting at the awards and on retaining its Michelin star, Chef Pedro Pena Bastos was delighted and said, "It is with immense pride that our team at CURA celebrates the honour of preserving our Michelin star. CURA offers two versions of its Origens tasting menus: one with ten moments and a second with five moments, both showcasing a journey into the flavours of contemporary Portuguese cuisine, using only the best local ingredients for a distinctive and flavoursome menu of dishes that are testament to the culinary prowess of Pena Bastos and team.
