Easter at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon is a Celebration Like No Other, and This Year It's All About Chocolate

The pastry kitchen at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon has transformed into a “eggciting” chocolate factory, where Executive Pastry Chef Diogo Lopes and his talented team are crafting irresistible cocoa creations that promise to enchant guests of all ages.

Step into a world of chocolate wonder with the Hotel's Easter experience, featuring an unforgettable Easter Buffet Lunch, a limited-edition chocolate fava Easter Egg, a fun-filled egg hunt around the Hotel, and delicious chocolate treats to take home.

"Our chocolate-inspired Easter offering is designed to create magical memories, and we can't wait to welcome you for a memorable Easter experience."

The traditional Easter Buffet Lunch will be held in the Hotel's Pedro Leitão ballroom, featuring an indulgent feast for the whole family with a seafood and cold cuts station, a carving station with Serrano Kid, an exclusive cheese station with cheese from local producers from Arrábida, Beiras and Alentejo regions, to point a few. On the fun side, children can look forward to an exciting egg hunt around the Hotel, adding a touch of adventure to the day.

Lunch is priced at EUR 195 per person, including daily juice, water, and coffee; EUR 95 for children between 6 and 12 years old; and complimentary for children under six.

The Ritz Delicatessen Pop-Up Boutique will return just outside Varanda Restaurant from April 1, 2025. Showcasing this year's chocolate extravaganza, the Easter Bunny has truly outdone itself with the Hotel's special Easter Egg. Inspired by the shape and colours of a ripe cocoa bean, with shades of yellow, green, and red, this “eggstravagant” creation is made with 40% Jivara, Valrhona chocolate and is a nod to the main ingredient in the hotel’s “Chocolate Factory."  This creation, almost too beautiful to crack, is filled with enough reasons to break the egg: truffles, Rochers, almonds, and three lucky eggs will contain a Golden Surprise Ticket - resembling Willy's Wonka tale - as vouchers for other hotel offers. The price per Easter Egg is EUR 60.

Guests can complete their Easter celebrations with a selection of chocolate-inspired delights:

  • The Easter Bunny Cake: A stunning and Instagram-worthy chocolate cake with citrus and pine nuts - EUR 54.
  • Pistachio and Raspberry Babka: A rich pistachio and raspberry braid, swirled delight perfect for sharing - EUR 49.
  • Easter-Themed Lollipops: Six fun, chocolatey lollipops for the little ones - EUR 52. 
  • For little chocolate lovers, the Hotel's pastry team has prepared a delightful Egg Hunt Basket filled with six artisanal stuffed chocolate eggs, along with toddler-friendly Easter egg hunt signs and clues, perfect for creating unforgettable memories at home. Price per basket is EUR 55.
  • Traditional Easter Folar Cake - EUR 40.  
  • Chocolate Easter Folar Cake - EUR 46.
  • On the savoury side, Executive Chef Carlos Cardoso presents a seasonal Easter inspired Guinea Fowl and Foie Gras Pie with wild mushroom and pistachio. Each serves six people and is priced at EUR 62. Orders recommended 48 hours in advance.
