What is the Canalejas Experience Exactly?

It is a head-to-toe ritual focused on renewing skin and getting it ready for the spring sunshine. The experience begins with a body exfoliation to eliminate dead cells and restore skin’s natural radiance. This is followed by one of the signature massages at the spa - El Abhyanga. This massage is inspired by ancient Ayurveda curative traditions for a combination of fluid motions to apply light pressure that helps to balance the chakras and restore energy levels. The massage works at a holistic level to induce a state of deep relaxation, which is ideal for those people with a busy lifestyle, unrefreshing sleep or anyone just seeking to unwind and relax. The treatment concludes with a 111SKIN facial booster for results that include fresh, hydrated and radiant skin. It is a fully refreshing face and body experience that is perfect for this time of the year.

Furthermore, because the treatment lasts more than 90 minutes, it comes with the option to enjoy one hour of access to the spa’s impressive 14-metre (46 foot) swimming pool beneath a skylight that fills the space with natural light and warmth, as well as the spa’s other facilities, which include a steam bath, sauna and relaxation room where one can enjoy the relaxing beds while drinking a tea.
