The program includes three different types of membership, which can be chosen by the customer based on their needs:

Essential Membership – from Monday to Friday

Access to all Spa facilities from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm including:

• Fitness Centre
• 14-metre (46 foot) indoor swimming pool
• Vitality pool, sauna, steam bath
• Terrace with solarium

Additional benefits including:

• One 60 minutes massage
• 10 percent savings on treatments
• 2 complimentary drinks in Isa Restaurant & Bar
• One guest pass per month
• Invitation to special members events

Membership details:

• Monthly fee: EUR 330 per month
• Available 3- or 6-months contract
• Access excludes public holidays

Lifestyle Membership – from Sunday to Friday

Access to all Spa facilities from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm including:

• Fitness Centre
• 14 metre (46 foot) indoor pool
• Vitality pool, sauna and steam bath
• Terrace with solarium

Additional benefits including:

• One 60 minutes massage
• One 30 minutes facial treatment
• 15 percent savings on treatments
• One guest pass per month
• One dinner in Isa Restaurant & Bar
• Special events access for members

Membership details:

• Sign up fee: EUR 500
• Price: from EUR 375

Platinum Membership – from Monday to Sunday

Unlimited access to all facilities including:

• Fitness Centre
• 14 metre (46 foot) indoor swimming pool
• Vitality pool, sauna, steam bath
• Terrace with solarium

Additional benefits including:

• One 90 minutes massage
• One 60 minutes facial treatment
• 20 percent savings on treatments
• One complimentary night in a Deluxe Room for two inclusive breakfasts (subject to availability)
• One dinner in Isa Restaurant & Bar
• Complimentary laundry service for up to 8 pieces per week
• Two hours complimentary parking while using the Spa
• One guest pass per month
