A “Celestial” Atmosphere for the Holidays at Four Seasons Hotel Milano
Come for hot chocolates and cocktails at Stilla Bar or special Christmas Eve, Christmas Lunch and New Year’s menus at Zelo
The festive season at Four Seasons Hotel Milano returns to surprise and delight.
Throughout the year, the Hotel is “the place to be” for travellers and Milanese alike, but it is during the holiday period that the Hotel gets its annual “glow up” and is transformed by the creativity of Artistic Director Vincenzo Dascanio. This year Dascanio took his inspiration from nature and the cosmos to dress Four Seasons Hotel Milano in a “Celestial” atmosphere.
Golden trees rise majestically to form a natural ceiling that evokes a sense of protection and magic while the leaves glimmer surrounded by the Hotel’s lights and design. The branches become wings and the artistic installations come to life in the spaces, light and translucent, to create an ethereal effect that symbolizes freedom and spirit.
Gold, glitter and mirrors welcome guests, accompanying them through the area of Stilla Bar, up to the Camino room, the heart of the former Convent, now the hub for festive meetings, where guests can indulge in creations by Bar Manager Nikos Tachmazis. This year is all about drinking chocolate with the new menu dedicated to Hot Chocolates, accompanied by a surprise created by the Pastry Chef Daniele Bonzi, while the cocktails raise the temperature to warm guests on winter days.
Hot Chocolates
- Guanaja Regular - Served with Gingerbread
- Guanaja Praline - Served with Raspberry Financier
- Blonde Chocolate - Served with Marshmallow
Cocktails
- Mandarin Punch - Brugal 1888 Rum, mandarin, pineapple, coconut, star anise liqueur, basil
- Hot Punch - Spiced wine, Triple Sec, rooibos tea, chinotto, orange, lemon, cinnamon, cloves
The protagonist of Christmas is also the traditional dessert, Panettone, which Pastry Chef Daniele Bonzi bakes every year after selecting the best ingredients. With more than 36 hours of processing and raw materials such as Tahitian Grand Cru vanilla, acacia honey, Italian candied fruit, and sultanas, the Panettone is sold in an elegant burgundy velvet box, only at the Hotel.
Another unmissable festive moment is a lavish holiday meal at Zelo, the restaurant led by Executive Chef Fabrizio Borraccino, where guests can find the most delicious dishes to celebrate this time of year. Ingredients are meticulously selected directly by the Chef thanks to his relationship with precious small local producers with whom he collaborates all year round. On December 24 and 25, 2024 at Zelo, guests can taste the Scampi Risotto, sea urchins, and oysters - the Roasted Sea Bream, Jerusalem artichokes, spinach, and gremolada; and traditional dishes, such as Handmade Tortellini in broth - Selva Egg Tagliolini, white turnip, “Vacche Rosse” Parmesan, and fine black truffle; and Grilled Veal, endive, Jerusalem artichokes, and gremolada. For the New Year’s Eve dinner, the evening at Zelo becomes a journey through the magic of the festive setting and the precious dishes that accompany guests on the longest night of the year.

Among the news of this year, there is also the exclusive Gift Curation service in collaboration with stylist and art director Vittoria De Carlo. From the smallest and trendiest boutiques to the contemporary stores of the city, this service accompanies guests to discover the precious shopping addresses, guided by a trendsetter. Vittoria has an infallible eye for beauty in all its forms; her work stands out for its poetic approach, blending fashion with various creative disciplines, from design to food, to travel. Vittoria’s style is typically “cool” and extravagant, and her mission will be to guide Hotel clients in search of original gifts.
Within the ancient walls of this Milanese address, an international icon of hospitality, the most magical month of the year is a hymn to sharing, the spirit of Christmas, and the freedom to choose with whom to share this celestial moment.
