Mimo Restaurant and Bar, the newly opened flagship restaurant of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville led by Michelin-starred Chef Aniello “Nello” Turco, is celebrating its first holiday season in Music City with festive Italian flair, offering special dining experiences for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.

“We can’t wait to celebrate our first holiday season in Nashville,” says Four Seasons Hotel Nashville General Manager Richard Poskanzer. “We’ve received such a warm welcome since opening our doors, and we’re very much looking forward to hosting here at Mimo for Christmas and New Year’s. Our team has been working hard to create a memorable holiday experience for our Hotel guests and locals alike.”

“Our team at Mimo is ready to toast the holiday season with our signature Italian style,” says Mimo Executive Chef Nello Turco. “I am excited to be sharing some of the flavours and dishes that remind me of being home for the holidays in Naples, Italy. We want Mimo to feel like a home away from home for our guests, whether they live in Nashville or are simply spending the holiday season here.”

In addition to the elevated Southern Italian cuisine and unparalleled Four Seasons hospitality that Mimo is known for, Mimo will be making spirits bright with live music during brunch and dinner services on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.  Courtesy of the Hotel’s local partner Affinity Entertainment, DJ Derrick Farrior will set the mood during Christmas Eve brunch, with local jazz musician Ryan Yingst spreading holiday cheer on Christmas morning. Revellers will be ready for the clock to strike midnight on New Year’s Eve, thanks to performances by singer-songwriter Rebecca Brunner and DJ Kenley Shea. A full schedule of Mimo’s live music can be found at here.

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Guests can get into the Christmas spirit early with a hearty holiday brunch at Mimo, offered on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm in addition to Mimo’s classic brunch menu, which includes beloved dishes such as blueberry lemon ricotta pancakes and Chef Nello’s Nashville benedict with Parma ham or smoked salmon. Mimo will be offering an assortment of brunch specials, with decadent offerings that include an Alaskan king crab omelet, homemade spaghetti with osetra caviar, traditional panettone with Tahitian vanilla chantilly, steak and eggs with tomato confit, and Alaskan crab eggs benedict.

For Christmas Eve and Christmas Dinner, Mimo is offering a four-course prix fixe menu full of stunning Italian classics from 5:00 to 9:00 pm.

The four-course meal begins with a choice of three starters: celery root soup with Alaskan king crab, bergamot vinaigrette, and osetra caviar; bruschetta with cod brandade and homemade sun-dried purée; or green bean salad with seared ahi tuna and cured egg yolk. The second course highlights Chef Nello’s Southern Italian expertise with three pasta choices: spaghetti three tomato with vegan basil pesto and mozzarella cheese; cacio e pepe with tiger prawns; or truffle and mushroom risotto.

For the main course, guests have their choice of three entrées. The grilled strip loin is served with lemon whipped potatoes, collard greens, and puffed grits. The grilled Maine lobster is cured in bacon, swiss chard, and coffee emulsion. A vegetarian entrée of roasted butternut squash is accompanied by a butternut squash purée and a warm beluga lentil salad.

The meal ends on a sweet note with a choice of Mimo’s modern tiramisu or a traditional panettone with Tahitian vanilla chantilly.

Pricing for the four-course Christmas Eve and Christmas menu is USD 160 per adult and USD 45 per child under the age of 12. An a la carte menu is available for kids under the age of 12.
