In addition to enhanced holiday programming in celebration of the Resort’s ten-year anniversary, the Five Diamond resort is embracing the spirit of the season by offering guests the opportunity to gather and enjoy incredible culinary experiences with loved ones, including a new Holiday Afternoon Tea at Ravello.

Holiday Afternoon Tea at Ravello

Helmed by Executive Chef Fabrizio Schenardi, Ravello, the Resort’s modern Italian restaurant, features incredible dining all year round, earning the esteemed recognition of being the first restaurant in the United States to receive a 100 percent Italian Taste Certification. This holiday season, in addition to Ravello’s beloved Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve buffets, guests will delight in a festive afternoon tea experience, where they will savour a selection of classic tea sandwiches such as a Smoked Salmon Caviar Tartlet, Roasted Pear and Blue Cheese Toast, and a Prosciutto, Fig and Burrata Baguette. An assortment of traditional tea will be offered, along with seasonal blends including Chocolate Peppermint Truffle, Gingerbread Cookie and Sugarplum Fairy. For dessert, Executive Pastry Chef Rabii Saber’s sweets and scones are not to be missed, with delectable options such as a Hazelnut Caramel Petit Gateau, Cherry Mini Tart, and a White Chocolate Raspberry Dome. Little ones are also welcome to partake in the fun with a special menu of Santa’s Favorite Sandwiches and Mrs. Claus’ Teatime Sweets.

In addition to the enchanting tea experience, guests have the opportunity to ensure they’re on Santa’s nice list as Four Seasons Resort Orlando has partnered with Nemours Children’s Hospital to collect gift donations for infants, children and teens who are in treatment at the hospital. Guests attending the tea are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped children’s gift for donation. The Resort team will hand-deliver all gifts to Nemours prior to Christmas Day.

Holiday Afternoon Tea will be available at Ravello every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from November 30 through December 22, 2023, with limited seatings available from 1:30 to 3:00 pm.
