Cosy new banquette booths. New Parisian-style banquette booths enrich the dining experience at the Hotel’s lively French bistro. Envisioned by André Fu, these intimate enclaves introduce a stylish dimension to the contemporary setting of MAISON MARUNOUCHI. Gazing out at iconic Tokyo cityscapes and Shinkansen bullet trains, the booths provide an added measure of privacy – ideal for everything from power breakfasts and family brunches, to afternoon tea and romantic date nights.

Autumn Cocktails. The festivities continue with seasonally inspired cocktails by Head Bartender Koichi Urata. Sip the rich flavours of autumn with signature drinks such as Ruby & Rose, featuring Calvados infused with rooibos lemon tea and homemade cassis syrup, and Turkish Old Fashioned, a creative twist on the classic that incorporates the sweet warmth of roses and Turkish delight. The Champagne Lounge also offers an eclectic selection of Champagnes by the glass, curated by Sommelier Nobuhide Otsuka.
