Delight in the Flavours of Spring  

Right in time for the Vernal Equinox, Coin & Candor, the California brasserie known for wood-fired dishes and seasonally inspired ingredients, launches a new seasonal menu. Highlighting the bounty from Los Angele’s local farmers and agriculturally rich surroundings, Chef Jesus Medina introduces flavour forward dishes that are sure to surprise and delight. Festive Easter Offerings

Coin & Candor, the award-winning California brasserie presents Easter Brunch on Sunday, March 31, 2024.  The three-course prix fixe menu offered is USD 132 per person plus tax and gratuities. Also offered on this day is the three-course prix fixe vegan menu for USD 90 per person plus tax and an a la carte children’s menu featuring kids' classics. Reservations may be made online

  • Pictures with the Easter Bunny - The Easter Bunny will be available for pictures inside the Hotel from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.  
  • Easter Egg Hunt on the Waterfall Lawn - The Hotel’s dramatic waterfall sets the scene for this year’s epic hunt. Slated for 11:00 am and 2:00 pm, guests will enjoy the sunshine, the setting and the search for eggs on the lawn.
  • Cookie Decorating - Kids of Four Seasons can join Chef Patrick Fahy and his team for holiday cookie decorating inside the Feel Good Dining Room from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.  

All activities are available to overnight Hotel guests and Coin & Candor brunch guests. 

Experience the Unexpected Inside Onyx

Onyx, the modern Japanese sushi bar inside Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village, (known for Nigiri sushi, sashimi made to order, and traditional hot menu items), introduces sushi dishes to please plant forward palates. Dishes include: 

  • Watermelon Sashimi with Nikiri and Scallions
  • Jicama Sashimi with Nikiri and Lime Kosho
  • Trumpet Mushroom Sashimi with Tare and Chives
  • Melon with Tomato, Shiso, Basil and Yuzu Syrup

The Cove Pool Kitchen & Bar – Where the Palm Trees Sway

Recently debuted, The Cove Pool Kitchen & Bar offers guests the ideal place to delight in a lively atmosphere. In this more than two-acre (nearly a hectare) oasis, the grand pool and three whirlpool spas are complemented by terraced lounge chairs and private daybeds. Swaying hammocks invite leisure under towering palms. With a bocce ball court, an al fresco Baja-Mediterranean inspired restaurant and bar, all set against the backdrop of the Santa Monica Mountains, there is no better place in Los Angeles to soak in the moments of spring.

The Cove Pool, Kitchen & Bar introduces “Weekend Breeze.” On Saturdays beginning at 11:00 am, guests can indulge in a Bloody Mary where they can select from a wide range of ingredients to concoct the perfect libation to be savoured. On Sundays from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, Mimosas and a selection of regionally sourced oyster pair to elevate the poolside experience.

Private Cabanas at the Serenity Pool

At the Hotel’s adult-only Serenity Pool, guests can relax and reconnect in the privacy of a spa suite while rediscovering romance, or enjoy a poolside gathering in this well-appointed space for groups up to six guests. Each cabana comes with a flat screen television, charging tables for electronic devices, four cabana lounge chairs, sparking waters and COOLA Sunscreen amenities.

Spring into Self Care at the Spa

Inside the Hotel’s award-winning 40,000 square foot (3,700 square metre) spa, two seasonal treatments offer a way to prepare the skin for spring cleaning from head to toe.  The Seasonal Tangerine Scrub freshens the senses and soothes the skin with a sea salt scrub infused with the essential oils of tangerine and sweet orange.  Simultaneously this scrub removes dull, dry skin while nourishing and hydrating, leaving the skin radiant and smooth (USD 240).  The C&C Vitamin Facial reveals a vibrant complexion with nutrient-rich vitamin C products - an antioxidant skincare solution for all ages (USD 250). 

The season of spring is also in the “hair” at the Hotel’s onsite salon. To welcome the season with a fresh new cut or style, guests can visit Rhythm & Hair for cuts, blowouts, barber services, nail care and makeup application.
