Guests can explore a series of limited-time Christmas menus, including Chef’s signature dishes, alongside pop-up cocktails for festive sipping — all wrapped up in the legendary warmth and care of Four Seasons.

Homage to Hokkaido: Miran Beef Christmas Menu at est

Sample festive indulgences at Michelin-starred est by Chef Guillaume Bracaval, whose masterful touch transforms the finest local ingredients into sublime French-Japanese creations. The star of the Christmas menu is Hokkaido’s famed Miran beef, including the rare Fukuhime. Designed to mesmerize the palate, the main course combines the rich succulence of Fukuhime beef with the meaty forest flavour of wild-grown mushrooms.
